These terms govern consumer use of Rewaffi's cashback shopping service.
Using the service
Provide accurate account and transfer information. Begin shopping from Rewaffi and do not manipulate clicks, orders, identities or attribution.
Orders and cashback
An order may be delayed, adjusted or rejected. Cashback becomes available only after provider payment and Rewaffi reconciliation. Cancelled, returned, excluded or fraudulent orders are ineligible.
Transfers and disputes
Available cashback is an accounting record, not an e-wallet or deposit. Transfer requests are reviewed manually. Vietnamese law applies; submit a complaint with relevant order and transaction references.
