Rewaffi ("Platform", "we") is a middle-layer platform connecting users with third-party affiliate programs (such as Shopee Affiliate, Lazada Affiliate, AccessTrade, Partner Dub,...) primarily in Vietnam and expanding globally.
By accessing, registering an account, or using any services on Rewaffi, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and other policies published on the Platform. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
1. Account and Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
Registration information (email, full name, phone number, payout details,...) must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts for fraud, legal violations, or breaches of these Terms.
2. Affiliate Services and Rewards
Rewaffi provides tracking links from third-party affiliate programs.
Commissions are recorded asynchronously based on data from third-party providers (via API/webhook). We act only as an intermediary and are not responsible if the provider rejects commissions (e.g., due to policy violations).
Default commission split: Users receive 70–80%, Rewaffi retains 20–30% (may vary per campaign; changes notified in advance).
We share promotional information, exclusive offers, hot campaigns and reliable deals from trusted sources to help you maximize your earnings.
You agree not to: spam, self-click, fake orders, post illegal/misleading content, or engage in any fraudulent activity.
3. Payouts and Rewards
Available balance can be withdrawn once it reaches the minimum threshold (e.g., 500,000 VND or equivalent).
Methods: Local bank transfer (Vietnam), Momo, ZaloPay, PayPal (transaction fees borne by you).
Processing time: 3–15 business days. We may hold or delay payouts if fraud is suspected or required by law.
Taxes & fees: You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any personal income tax per applicable laws (Vietnam or your jurisdiction).
4. Rights and Obligations
Your Rights:
Create links, track stats, withdraw earnings, and receive promotion updates.
Your Obligations:
Comply with: advertising laws, cybersecurity laws, no copyright infringement, no fraudulent practices.
Rewaffi's Rights:
Modify commission rates (with 7 days' notice), suspend services for maintenance/security, delete data as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
Services provided "as is". We do not guarantee any commission levels and disclaim indirect damages (lost profits, data loss).
Our total liability shall not exceed the commissions you earned in the past 12 months.
6. Termination
You may delete your account anytime (financial logs retained as required by law). We may terminate immediately for material breaches.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Notifications via email or dashboard.
